Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear members It is with immense gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility that I stand before you today, honoured to serve as the new Chairman of the UNITY CROWN ESTATE CDA.

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for our beloved CDA. First , I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who placed their trust in me. This victory is not mine alone, but a collective success for every individual who believes in the potential of this community. To my team, my supporters, and, most importantly, the members of this CDA, I pledge to work tirelessly to make your voices heard and to ensure that our community remains a beacon of progress and innovation.

Today, we begin the work of building on our successes, addressing our challenges, and charting a course for the future. The challenges are many but I am confident that, together, we will overcome them.
The vision I bring to this office is one of inclusivity, transparency, and innovation. I believe that a community is only as strong as its people, and I am committed to ensuring that every member, regardless of background or status, has a stake in the future we build.

Our priorities are clear, we will enhance our security, welfare and infrastructure , ensuring they are efficient, and accessible to all. We will ensure transparency in all our projects, holding ourselves accountable to the people who have entrusted us with their hopes and aspirations.. Every decision we make, every project we undertake, will be driven by the needs and welfare of our members.

I invite all of you to be part of this journey. Let us work together, hand in hand, to transform our CDA into a community that stands as a symbol of excellence, growth, and harmony.
